We1wen Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Guidelines

1Terms Acceptance and User Eligibility

To use the we1wen platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are registering in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of our services is illegal.
• You have never been declared mentally incompetent or adjudicated bankrupt.
• All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and current.

We1wen reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately, and any remaining balance will be subject to review before any withdrawal is permitted.

2Account Registration and KYC Verification

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the we1wen platform. Holding multiple accounts for any purpose is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal and when increasing transaction limits. Required documents may include:

• Malaysia Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Valid passport
• Recent bank statement as proof of address
• Selfie holding your identification document

All submitted documents are processed through we1wen's secure encryption system. This information is used solely for verification and compliance purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

We1wen supports multiple payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers. The minimum deposit limit is RM 20 and the maximum limit depends on the payment method and account level.

For withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account bearing the same name as the we1wen account holder.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 1–3 business days, depending on the method chosen.
• We1wen does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals. Third-party bank charges are beyond our control.
• First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification.

Funds deposited into a we1wen account do not earn interest and are not considered investments. we1wen keeps member funds separate from the company's operational assets.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by we1wen are subject to specific wagering requirements stated in their respective promotional terms. In general:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements are typically between 15x and 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Some games may not count, or may only partially count, toward fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or system abuse will be voided.

6Prohibited Activities and Misconduct

• Money Laundering: Using the we1wen platform to transfer or conceal illegally obtained funds.

We1wen uses an active monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Reports will be submitted to the relevant authorities if any illegal activity is identified.

7Account Closure and Suspension

We1wen reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Confirmation that the account holder is a minor.
• Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe.
• Account closure request initiated by the account holder.
• Self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming program.

If an account is closed by we1wen due to a violation, any remaining balance is subject to investigation before a withdrawal is considered. If the account is closed at the user's request, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met.

8Data Privacy and Information Protection

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by we1wen is subject to Privacy Policy ours, which forms part of this agreement. By accepting these terms, you also agree to our privacy policy.

9we1wen Liability Limits

We1wen is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members through use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Betting losses in games operated by a certified RNG.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user during registration or KYC.

In any event, we1wen's maximum liability shall not exceed the total deposits made within the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

10Responsible Gaming
